On October 23, 2022, associate professor of the Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, Masudkhan Ismailov, in his lecture, focused on the topic "Development of the religious and educational sphere in New Uzbekistan". He emphasized that religion is an integral part of the country's cultural and educational traditions and is gaining special importance in the development of the culture of tolerance as the basis of the spiritual maturity of the population.

He gave insights into religious sects, creeds and mystical trends, as well as information about the work of mystic scientists, poets, saints.

He recommended the students to read "Tafsiri Hilal", Imam Ismail al-Bukhari's "Al-jame` as sahih", and Imam Tirmidhi's "Sunan".

Masudkhan Ismailov answered the students' questions after his lecture.
