On February 9 of this year, students of the IGR2-22 group of JIDU academic lyceum visited the Alisher Navoi Museum of Literature and Art on the occasion of the 582nd anniversary of the birth of our great grandfather Mir Alisher Navoi, and held an open lesson on the topic "Living figure". Organizing classes based on demonstration with museum exhibits, ancient manuscripts, and architectural models will encourage students to clearly feel the atmosphere and breath of that time. The lesson was conducted by Gozal Mamedova, a native language and literature teacher of our lyceum. In the lesson, the students got extensive information about the life and work of Alisher Navoi, a sensitive poet, a statesman and a great diplomat. Pupils memorized samples from Navoi's ghazals and rubai and enjoyed the great poet's creativity.
