On May 8 of this year, the teachers of Russian language and literature organized a literary and musical evening "A woman was not created for war" dedicated to May 9 - "Day of Remembrance and Appreciation" at UWED academic lyceum. Students of 1-2 levels took part in the event. The purpose of the event is to commemorate the ancestors and to inform about the role of women in the victory in the Second World War.
