On December 25, 2024, a seminar was organized for teachers of the UWED Academic Lyceum on the topic "The Professionalism of a Teacher: Pedagogical Skills, Creativity, and Pedagogical Techniques." The seminar was conducted by Ravshan Ishmuhammedov, an associate professor at Tashkent State Pedagogical University and a candidate of pedagogical sciences. In his presentation, R. Ishmuhammedov provided comprehensive information on the most important qualities of creative educators, modern approaches to the teaching profession, indicators of pedagogical professionalism, and the formation and development of pedagogical skills, illustrating his points with examples from practice.At the end of the engaging seminar, teachers received detailed answers to their questions.
