On December 27, 2024, a psychological training on the topic of "Managing Stress and Negative Emotions" was organized for Academic lyceum teachers.The training was conducted by experienced psychologist Madina Tolibjonova. During the event, M.Tolibjonova provided advice on the concept of teamwork, how team members can work towards a common goal, and ways to achieve positive outcomes. To assess the psychological state of the teachers, she conducted various tests and games.At the end of the interesting training session, teachers received detailed answers to their questions of interest.
