On November 21 of this year, a preventive event was held at the Academic Lyceum of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy on the topic “Prevention of cases of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, their consumption, as well as exposure to the ideas and influence of religious extremist movements”. The event was attended by the First Deputy Head of the Muzrobot District Internal Affairs Department, Major B. Umarov, and the Head of the Mirzo Ulugbek District Internal Affairs Department, Major Sh. Baratov, in accordance with the schedule approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The speakers gave students a preventive explanation of the fight against drug addiction, the prevention of religious extremism and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, the harmful effects of trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs.
