On the eve of the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an event of "The New Edition of the Constitution – A Strong Guarantee of Youth Rights" was held on November 29, 2024 at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.

At the event, Hushvaqt Hayitov, a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Supreme Court of Uzbekistan; Fadhod Subanov, a responsible officer from the Appeals Department of Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights (Ombudsman) and Gulnoza Ismailova, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy delivered speeches. They provided detailed information on the main principles of state policy regarding youth, how youth rights are guaranteed in the new edition of the Constitution, and encouraged their active participation in society and state affairs.

During the event, interactive Q&A sessions were organized for students, along with quizzes conducted in group settings. The winners were awarded certificates and gifts from the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights (Ombudsman).
