On December 16, 2025, at the Academic Lyceum of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, as part of the departmental weeks, the final stage of the “Best Reader” competition was held on the initiative of the teachers of the Department of Languages.

      The main goal of this competition was to further develop the reading culture among students, increase interest in literary and scientific literature, as well as strengthen their speech and analytical thinking skills.

       At the final stage, the most talented students who actively participated in the qualifying stages competed and demonstrated their knowledge and potential through their comments, analyses, and questions and answers on the works read. The participants of the competition were evaluated based on the criteria established by the teachers of the Department of Languages.

       At the end of the event, the winners and prize-winners were announced and awarded with diplomas and souvenirs. The competition left a great impression on all participants and served to further increase interest in reading.
