On January 15 of this year, a spiritual and educational event was held at the Academic Lyceum of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Day of Defenders of the motherland on the theme “The Army of New Uzbekistan is the Support of the Country, the Pride of Our People”.

       The event was attended by the director of the Academic Lyceum O. Mannopova, professors of the Department of Military Psychology and Pedagogy of the Military Security and Defense University of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. Abdurakhimova and T. Burkhanov, as well as a military orchestra.

       During the event, the reforms in the military sphere being implemented in our country, the role of the Army of New Uzbekistan in the development of the country, and the honorable and responsible duty of the defenders of the Motherland were discussed in detail.  Professors delivered meaningful lectures aimed at strengthening the feelings of patriotism, dedication, and responsibility in the minds of young people.

       Patriotic songs performed by the military orchestra added a special charm to the event, further enhancing the participants' feelings of national pride and loyalty to the Motherland.

       This spiritual and educational event played an important role in strengthening the respect and admiration of young people for the defenders of the Motherland.
