On April 15, 2026, an important preventive event titled “Preventing Bullying and Bodily Injury Crimes Among Youth” was held at the Academic Lyceum of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
The event was organized with the aim of preventing offenses among young people, increasing their legal knowledge and culture, and forming a healthy and safe environment in society.
B.R. Umarov, a master’s student at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, participated in the event and delivered a meaningful lecture. In his speech, he provided a detailed explanation of the main causes of bullying and bodily injury crimes committed among youth, the factors leading to them, and the ways to prevent such incidents.
The speaker illustrated the legal liability for committing crimes, as well as their negative impact on personal life and society, using clear examples. It was also particularly emphasized that various negative situations can be prevented by guiding young people onto the right path, organizing their free time meaningfully, and involving them in sports and spiritual-educational activities.
During the event, an open dialogue was organized with the students, and comprehensive answers were given to the questions they raised. This contributed to the event being more interactive and effective.
This preventive event became an important step in raising legal awareness among youth, alerting them to various offenses, and strengthening order, discipline, and the rule of law in society.
