On Saturday, September 19, 2026, presentations of student candidates for leadership were heard at the Academic Lyceum of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy as part of the process of electing leaders for the student self-governance system.
During the election process, Yusuf Shokarimov from the GENESIS party, Abduolimov Muhammadamin from the VERITAS party, Sarvar Samadov from the ACTION party, and Fayoz Osmanov from the UNITY party participated as leadership candidates and presented their programs and initiatives.
In their presentations, the candidates outlined their ideas on expressing the interests of students, increasing student activity in the educational process, meaningfully organizing their free time, implementing various events and projects, and developing cooperation within the lyceum community.
The election process was organized in accordance with the established procedure, and the presentations of the candidates and the election results were considered by the election working group.
According to the conclusion of the election panel, the candidate for leadership from the VERITAS party, Muhammadamin Abduolimov, was elected as the leader of the student self-government system of the UWED academic lyceum.
This election created an important opportunity for students to freely express their opinions, demonstrate initiative and leadership skills, actively participate in public affairs, and develop student self-government mechanisms in the life of the lyceum.
